We are continuing recovery efforts on the affected nodes.

Current investigation has confirmed that the underlying NVMe drives are healthy and responding normally. The issue appears to be related to operating system partition corruption and GPT partition table inconsistencies rather than physical disk failure.

We have successfully gained read-only access to portions of the affected filesystems and have identified recoverable customer data. Recovery operations are currently in progress, and data is being synchronized to a dedicated backup server for safeguarding before any repair actions are considered.

Once data synchronization has completed, we will begin validation and restoration procedures. The total recovery time will depend on the amount of data being transferred and current network throughput between systems.
